Introduction
The opening and closing component of Z41H cast steel flange gate valve is the gate, and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. When the gate valve is closed, the sealing surface can be sealed solely by the pressure of the medium, that is, the sealing surface of the gate is pressed against the valve seat on the other side by the pressure of the medium to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface.

Z41H cast steel gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various systems of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power plants with nominal pressure PN1.6~16.0MPa and working temperature ≤ -29 ℃~550 ℃. Manual flange gate valves are suitable for media such as water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, and sulfur-containing natural gas. The operation modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Z41H鑄鋼閘閥適用于公稱壓力PN1.6～16.0MPa,工作溫度≤-29℃～550℃的石油、化工、水力、火力電站多種系統(tǒng)的管路上，切斷或接通管路介質(zhì)。手動(dòng)法蘭閘閥適用介質(zhì)為：水、油品、蒸氣、及酸、堿、氨、尿素、含硫天然氣等。操作方式有：手動(dòng)、齒輪傳動(dòng)、電動(dòng)、氣動(dòng)等。
Z41H cast steel flange gate valve features:
1. Compliant with domestic and international standards, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance;
2. The sealing surface of the gate and valve seat is welded with cobalt based alloy or Stellite cobalt based alloy, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life;
3. Adopting a wedge-shaped elastic gate structure, with rolling bearings installed on medium and large diameters, the switch is flexible and easy to open and close;
4. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or customer requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
